  • Working within the ANPR Unit I'm involved in the day to day monitoring of all the ANPR cameras within Scotland whilst assisting officers with their related enquiries.

  • In my principal role within the Confidential Unit I was responsible for the assessment and dissemination of real time sensitive intelligence involving Serious and Organised Criminals operating in Scotland. It was imperative that I carried out my duties in an accurate and timely manner to enable senior officers to progress and strategise their investigations.
  • Developed and maintained cooperative relationships with other law enforcement agencies with the purpose of sharing confidential material to assist in the apprehension and prosecution of Serious and Organised Criminals.
  • Received personal recognition for my expertise in the application of Police information systems and databases for real time information gathering, analysis and dissemination which assisted in the apprehension of an Organised Crime Group and recovery of drugs and money worth in excess of two million pounds.
