Summary

My working life to date, in particular my time working for Royal Mail, has given me strong experience in a busy, customer-facing environment. I deal with the public daily, including giving directions, handling delivery queries and resolving complaints, which has helped me develop strong communication skills and the ability to stay calm, patient and professional under pressure. I regularly walk up to 20 000 steps a day while carrying mail, so I am used to being on my feet for long periods and carrying out physically demanding tasks such as lifting, pushing and pulling. I am reliable, organised and used to working to procedures, prioritising tasks and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment. I can provide a 24 year reference history and understand the importance of the security checks required for this role. Although I do not have direct airport experience, I am willing to learn what is required.
