My current experience has enabled me to gain many essential skills including excellent time management, organisational skills and efficiency with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. My duties include :

- Analysing order lists and picking food produce efficiently to be delivered to hotels, restaurants, contract caterers and film companies across N.I.

- Ensure traceability of all food produce is checked ensuring quality control of all orders picked.

- Completion of correct documentation relating to orders.

- Assemble food orders smartly and safely onto Pallets and cages, ensuring weight and type of goods are stacked efficiently.

- Receive deliveries into the warehouse and and stack appropriately - ensuring stock rotation is completed at all times.

- Load orders safely onto company vans and lorries for shipping/distribution ensuring strict deadlines are met.

My role within Glen Canopies as a Canopy assembler involved the following duties :

- Assembled and laminated external house canopies to include Lean-to canopies, door canopies and fascia and guttering.

- Painting moulds and completing canopies with fibreglass components.

- Fitting and installation of canopies on Commercial and residential properties.
