Summary

A dynamic and proven Leader, Manager (project & logistical), operational trainer/Instructor , and qualified sports psychologist

with over 25 years of combined operational experience working in the British Armed Forces. With a further 7 years employed as an independent operational security training consultant who has delivered operational projects globally.

I pride myself as a dedicated, reliable, and intrinsically motivated role model who leads by example, with an unquestionable can-do attitude. I specialise in operational training management and the delivery of bespoke mentoring and training programs ensuring developmental needs and strategic performance goals are achieved and all company policies and procedures are complied with.

In addition, I have an innate passion for the overall positive development of human performance cultivated through a decade of research and study. This is achieved through the implementation of various delivered workshops based on an empirical psychological framework. These include the enhancement of values-based leadership, motivation, mental well-being, mental toughness, and performance coaching , and would be an excellent asset to any team, company, or organisation.
