Current Experience

• 55 West Ealing - 144 apartments, £45m (MTVH/HG Construction) 2023-present, Project Director / Employers Agent Complex 20-storey apartment block directly adjacent Network Rail lines and West Ealing Station. Managed project through initial Contractor Insolvency, reprocurement and coordination between Network Rail and Contractor. Added value through health and safety and quality coordination.

• Meridian Phase 2 - 274 apartments, £92m (MTVH/Vistry) 2024-present, Project Director / Employers Agent Managed change process and fostered excellent working relationships within team.

• Beech Tree Place - 92 apartments, £40m (LB Sutton/Bugler) 2022-present Project Director / Employers Agent Managed initial contractor contract prior to their insolvency and then managed procurement of new contractor. Provided additional Project Management services to Client new to development and provided effective cost, value management and change processes.

• New City Road - 28 apartments, £11m (LB Newham/Glenman) 2021-present, Project Director / Employers Agent Management Contractor issues related to health and safety, and Contractor non-performance, including having to reprocure Building Warranty provider. Maintained focus and momentum on project during protracted construction stage and ensured that key Client requirements, including Passiv Haus requirements, were met. Led on improvements to health and safety processes on site

• Lambeth Regeneration - 750 apartments, £100m+ (LB Lambeth) 2016-2021, Various Roles. Provided Development Management, Project Management, Employers Agent and Cost Management services from project outset and successfully delivered first three phases

• Westmead - 24 apartments, (LB Sutton) £12m 2025-present, Project Director / Employers Agent Provided client-support from outset of project and managed planning-design period and initial cost estimation. Managed procurement of new contractor and contract assembly.

Selection Of Other Experience

• Littlemore Park Catalyst led, £35m works), 270 unit mixed tenure scheme in flood zone in Oxford. Led team through acquisition of site and design competition to establish architect for scheme.
• Temple Cowley (Catalyst led, £8.5m works), 48 unit mixed tenure scheme close to centre of Oxford. Progressed this project, which had stalled. This involved renegotiating legal deal with Council, amending design to make it work for Catalyst and value engineering scheme to ensure that scheme was feasible

• Spectra Apartments/Illumina House, Wandsworth Business Village, PC October 2014 (S106, Development Agreement, 53-unit scheme, value to Octavia: £13.2m works): Project Managed, including managing Client Representative and Construction Inspector and stakeholder management including asset and sales teams.
• Sulgrave Gardens PC September 2013 (Octavia-led, PPC 2000, 30 unit scheme, £7.0m works) Project Managed for Octavia delivery of project to Passiv Haus standard, one of first in UK at time;
• Development Liaison Group Chaired six-weekly Octavia forum for Directors of each department;
