I am the first point of contact for technical support for internal and external sales, distributors covering the UK, Ireland and international distributors. Upon joining Aztec Oils I made an immediate impact improving pre and after sales support through quality and speed of response, whether it is to maintain current business or seek new clientele.
Within the first quarter I had successfully implemented an oil lookup tool and laid out the path to introduce branding across our portfolio which resulted in an uptake of Aztec branded products by almost 300%.
