• Zero Building Control System Cyber Security incidents in 27 million sq. feet of real estate in over 5 year
• Saved client multi million pound insurance premium increase for Building Cyber incident insurance
• Transformation of projects division from loss making to profit and positive cashflow
• Development and implementation of a £1 million plus per annum Cyber Assurance Program
• Development of the Carillion approach to M & E Lifecycle. This was applied to a PFI Lifecycle fund with a gainshare opportunity. This produced a 50% upside of £400k backed with quality asset data.
• Gap analysis of Engineering Standards and Processes produced and a plan to address these gaps.
• PPM opitmisation project producing task reductions on average of 12%.
• Development of the Carillion product for the collection and management of Asset Information, the Asset Integrity Framework (AIF). This product was recognised by BIFM in 2014 when it won the Highly Commended Award for Product Development at the 2014 BIFM awards.
• Development of the Carillion Asset Management Toolbox which meets the requirements of ISO 55000 and PAS 55.
