I achieved from 2014 the company started with only two workers and one van, i built the company up and in late 2015 i achieved a full team of 10 professional workers and 6 vans. As the company grew from strength to strength. Iam good at working under a great deal of stress and know how to handle it well,i was also in charge of hiring and firing.

In this job role i worked and lead a team of four. In the 6 years i worked at rvi newcastle we done a great deal of maintenance around the hospital and tested every department for legionella in the heating systems and cold water systems. Cleaning all water systems, there was a great deal of interacting with patients and nhs workers. My responsibilities were that i also had to deal with any problem with team members, working rotas time sheets.
