Elected to lead one of the UK's largest university Hindu societies, playing a pivotal role in driving its growth to become the largest in London. Oversaw internal operations, managed a 22-member committee, and served as the primary link between the President, committee, and external stakeholders.

• Spearheaded the planning and execution of the society's flagship Diwali Ball, attended by over 350 guests. Led on all major aspects including venue and catering negotiations, logistics, and programme flow.
• Sole point of contact for cross-university collaboration, initiating and managing joint events with other London Hindu societies to strengthen inter-university community engagement.
• Delegated responsibilities, managed workflows, and provided support and guidance to committee members across various portfolios throughout the year.
• Acted as the first responder for internal and external issues, often working under pressure to resolve last-minute complications efficiently and calmly.
• Developed advanced leadership, time management, and conflict resolution skills while working with a diverse range of personalities and teams.
• Contributed significantly to strategic decisions and society direction, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations while promoting long-term growth and community impact.

This role demonstrated strong initiative, diplomacy, and the ability to balance high-level planning with detail-oriented execution—skills that are broadly transferable across leadership, organisational, and client-facing roles.

Selected through competitive multi-stage interview process from over 80 applicants to represent first-year students in one of UK's largest university Hindu societies. Shadowed executive committee, contributing to strategic planning, ideation, and administrative support for society initiatives.

• Acted as a liaison between the society and the wider first-year cohort, leading outreach efforts to improve engagement and inclusivity.
• Regularly provided feedback and suggestions to enhance the quality and accessibility of society events.
• Actively involved in the setup and running of multiple large-scale events, each averaging an attendance of around 300 participants.
• Developed teamwork, communication, and organisational skills through close collaboration with the exec team and society members.
