Here i work a brewery making Kombucha.

• Load and unloaded ingredients, following goods in/goods out protocol. While maintained flow with rest of production line.
• Prepare raw materials to set specifications for operating equipment.
• Inspect final product against internal standards to support quality assurance.
• Adjust equipment during runs to maintain optimal settings and achieve product quality goals.
• Maintain clean, organised workspaces to facilitate efficient workflow.
• Work with large vats, paddles and agitators to blend and mix raw materials.
• Applies HACCP principles to minimise risks in production process.
• Observe company safety procedures and standards when operating machinery, using sharp tools and handling chemicals.
• Driving forklift to move completed samples to correct storage space.

Here i worked as a senior technician, managing a small team of four. We tested high performance materials (PPE) such as fire fighters uniforms to FIA suits F1 drivers suits.

As my role as a senior technician, i had to set time scales for very tight deadlines while making sure everything was finished to a professional standard. Testing to various ISO, BS, EN, ISO Standards. Reviewing Tested results and writing up reports to be sent to the client.
