Summary
Through out my Working career, I have tried my hand at many different area's all of which I have enjoyed, I enjoy Working to a fast pace as I am able to maintain a level head when the pressure is on.
Working in a kitchen may seam small, however it tough me many useful qualities such as pride in my work, Working at a fast pace whilst maintaining a high quality output.
Working as a labourer was a great challenge both mentally and physically, you learn to grow a thick skin & how to endure a fast pace under extreme pressure.
Operational management was a complete U-turn to what I had done previously, here is where I learnt to step back and view problems from other peoples perspective & work as a team to come up with effective long lasting solutions.
The fast pace of a driving experience company required me to put all of my skills to use but more importantly taught me the importance of customer satisfaction
During my time at on the railway I have learnt many skills, learning to read schematics, identifying safety issues & Working to a schedule to name a few.
I enjoy new challenges as it gives me a chance to learn and grow I put my all into every new challenge presented

My role here is corrosion repair on the cab floors, this requires removing vinyl flooring, locating and remove all fixings, in order to remove aluminium plate & wooden boards.
we're required to clean and remove all corrosion and prep for paint,
once painted, we are required to refit boards and aluminium plate this requires cutting and boards, tapping mounting holes & filling and sanding gaps.
final set for us is to fit new lino & seal into place
