Throughout the years of studying Sound Production and Photography, I have combined these transferrable skills and built a successful brand within the online gaming industry. I am currently partnered with YouTube and previously been partnered with Facebook for the content I’ve produced.

Given the nature of the industry, my drive, determination and work ethic allow me to stay motivated and use initiative to develop new skills along the way. I am very creative and in order to be successful in this industry I have to maintain high quality standards and have a true eye for detail.

I have created a TV like production with original designs and graphic overlays that were eye catching and gripped a viewers attention. Using Adobe Suite I would create social media packages, promotional posters, artwork and even do commissioned graphic design work for other companies.

This role is heavily dependant on being able to market yourself online and create an interest in order to build an audience. I would use social media and create fun campaigns on a regular basis to promote engagement that was effective in building a consumer base.

A key part of this success is working with others in collaborations ranging from other online personalities to managing sponsorships with various companies. This ranges from energy drink companies, eyewear companies to video game developers.

I work in a high pressure environment in retentions department and thrive on giving excellent service to my customers with great communication skills but also displaying empathy, compassion and finding courses of action that are mutually beneficial for the customer and the business.

I work incredibly well as a team and like to consider myself a motivator that keeps the spirit and morale up so everyone is at their best and level headed.

Problem solving is a big part of my role as an advisor as there is an endless list of problems and situations I have to resolve for customers on a daily basis whether it be dealing with technical faults, billing or escalation resolutions.

I have 10 years experience in working in the hospitality industry by working in a wide variety of establishments from pubs, clubs to restaurants.

Product knowledge is an important thing to have in this role in order to cater to every customer's tastes which I take pride in taking the personal time to learn new mixes and explore new drinks.

The hospitality industry can be a hostile environment and very stressful as the night goes on and I always pride myself in being able to keep composure and operate in a professional manner.

I work well in a team but I also am able to competently work on my own in a fast paced environment and multitask incredibly well to full fill my role as effective as possible.

I was once a team leader for Wetherspoons where I would run the shifts, prioritise work and responsibly delegate work to the staff that would make the flow of the shift very smooth but also doing the work myself also and leading by example. I would deal with stock counting and ordering and closing down the establishment and doing the cash handling at the end of night.
