Diagnosing faults and implementing treatment/maintenance plans as well as fitting remote surveying and data systems. CITB Site Safety, CSCS, Advanced DBS, Asbestos Awareness, Working at Height, Manual Handling Certs. Late 2023 my company suffered a huge non payment supplying Ambulance Stations across the UK from a Private Ambulance Company working directly with NHS England. This has made me look at all options for myself moving forward. Currently I have a had a return to the tools carrying out quality decorating, ceramic tiling and mastic work along with damp and mould assessments and treatment plans. Clients include Gilmartins, CLC and Foster Property Maintenance. I also have one eye possibly on a senior role for someone new that utilises my skills and experience. Hopefully in Damp and Mould as the new laws come into play or general commercial and residential refurbishment.
