- During my time on the Bleo Holm FPSO, I have been involved in a wide range of class inspection work scopes including CUI (Corrosion Under Insulation) campaign, CVI (Close Visual Inspection) and Ultrasonic examination of closed drains system, Class inspection of cargo and ballast tanks
- Taking a lead role during structural integrity checks/survey of a USB blast wall for a temporary refuge on an offshore installation, coordinating and liaising with cross party, multi-disciplined companies to facilitate the manufacture of engineered repairs, namely patches by Atkins
- Producing isometric drawings of foam system in engine room for flow rate calculations
- Acting as Focal Point for all asset specific integrity issues topside and subsea (including pipelines) and main point of contact for all CAN inspection and third-party personnel whilst on board the asset
- Responsible for ensuring any inspection activities are carried out in accordance with CAN and client procedures
- Whilst based on the Bleo Holm FPSO, I have gained invaluable experience working with Repsol-Sinopec Procedures covering Inspection and FM (Fabric Maintenance) including ASS-PRO-TLM-001 and 008 and TMAX and IRS reporting systems
- Liaising with onboard OIE (Offshore Inspection Engineer) and Onshore Integrity Department to ensure all inspection activities are carried out in accordance with the plan ensuring effective management of all onboard equipment
- Successfully progressing over the past three years from carrying out inspections, to planning and delivering the inspection scope to a fixed deadline, including preparing equipment and detailing on manning levels
- Working confidently at heights and in confined spaces carrying out a wide range of NDT inspection duties utilizing a variety of rope access techniques in addition to planning rope access activities, generating rescue plans and setting up rescue systems
