
Highly proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with extensive experience in AutoCAD and accounting suites such as Xero, SAGE, and SAP. Demonstrates strong technical skills and a keen eye for detail. Committed to leveraging expertise to drive efficiency and accuracy in professional settings.
Previously serving as a treasurer on a PTA committee of a local primary school, its aim being to raise funds through various events during the academic year to periodically reward the pupils. A rewarding pursuit, concurrently serving as a sitting member of the Board of Governors for the same school. I continued to assist at events where possible while also volunteering as a parent helper on educational trips from the school when required to do so.
Always an avid sports fan, I am a qualified and licensed FA Coach and managed an under eight team through to open age. I am discreetly working on my general fitness through running.
Whilst a competing member of Stourport Boat Club, I was for a time the club’s Press Officer writing copy for local newspapers from September 1996 – September 2004); sat on themanagement committee for several years during the period where the Club became 'debt free' and was twice Vice Captain of Rowing; co-ordinating the maintenance and use of equipment by the membership. Elected Captain in 2004, my main roles were selection of crews, entry of athletes into regattas and the organisation of coaching bringing success for Stourport Boat Club at national and international level.
Any spare time is spent with family and in fulfilling wide and varied interests, running, dog-walking and trying to teach myself guitar being three of them. I do cycle regularly and recently completed a 300-mile charity ride for Dementia Awareness. I am always interested in going to watch and hear music played live.
