My role involves Planning, directing and leading the Team to ensure the office continues to exceed expectations, understanding and monitoring the branch’s profit and loss account, ensuring the team sell all Company products and services strongly, valuing properties, monitoring and following up to ensure no loss of opportunity, ensuring the team are aware of the ever changing legal updates, motivating staff to ensure they exceed branch and individual targets, conducting the daily morning meetings, overseeing and signing off the files to ensure all paperwork is complete prior to commencement of tenancy, ensuring the diary is managed, regular Landlord updates, generating new business, reporting weekly figures to head office, holding interviews, holding staff monthly appraisals, ensuring all marketing material is updated and correctly displayed, reporting to the Area Director.

Working within the very busy Central London Office my role is to generate new business and improve the name awareness of the office.
Sourcing new business, increasing the availability, cold calling developers, Embassies, Relocation Agents, Blue Chip Companies, Estate Management Companies, building porter relationships, suggesting marketing material, advertising material and general networking.
With the availability increasing daily this brings more opportunity ultimately meaning more business generated.
Whilst improving the client base I also involve myself within the commercial sales and lettings allowing myself to generate deals earning commission along with assisting the daily management of the portfolio.
Being a small office and myself as being the senior advice is always sought from me by the Staff and Manager.
Being approached by the head of Connells Recruitment (Ian Dobrin) I was employed to open the Letting Office within the already established Estate Agency office in Bedford.
