Accountable for ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality production, driving continuous improvement initiatives, coordinating resources and teams, optimizing performance, and maintaining operational standards to meet business objectives and customer requirements.

As an Extrusion Technician, I was responsible for operating and maintaining extrusion machinery, optimizing production output and product quality, ensuring compliance with health and safety procedures, coordinating labour and material resources, preparing shift production reports, and carrying out routine maintenance on plant equipment to support efficient and uninterrupted operations.

As Supervisor Setter I was responsible for setting up, adjusting, and maintaining production machinery to ensure efficient and safe operation. Carried out machine repairs, equipment changeovers, and routine maintenance while preparing machines and components for specific production processes. Worked closely with production teams to optimize performance, minimize downtime, and maintain product quality standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

I worked as a Sleever Operator. My duties included maintaining the organization of goods, monitoring a high-speed machine for faults, and carrying out routine repairs and maintenance to ensure efficient operation.

Prepared board reports for the Operations Director and monitored quality standards for PCB prototype panels, ensuring compliance with technical specifications, including flexibility and component performance requirements. Collaborated closely with production teams and chemical engineers to achieve and maintain the highest quality standards.

Managed plant operations and finished goods production, supervised a team of 20 shift employees, prepared reports for the Operations Director, maintained production schedules and records, minimized downtime, and resolved production issues in collaboration with service engineers.
