Working as N1 through all stages of project from inception to completion, daily reporting to PM, CM and client work progress, attending progress meetings . Planing and coordinating all contractors activities on site; making changes to work program, RAMS, scope of work, specifications due to extra load of work following client instructions . Checking and reviewing contractors RAMS, qualifications, suitability for work, plant, tools, equipment , PPE. Issuing permits for special work activities , giving site inductions, delivering toolbox talks, short briefings before every shift covering H&S and planed works . Daily updating site records.

Project completed on time, strictly following H&S regulations, program, scope of work, specifications and budget, what resulted to excellent feed back from client despite extra load of work but not extra time.

Project - Fit Out Cat B - Access Creative College (Music, Gaming, Esports, Media and Computing)- Whitechapel - London (£3.5m)

Managing site from very start to completion of project; strictly following H&S regulations, program, scope of work, specifications and budget; looking after work progress, quality; assisting all traders and work activities; maintaining highest work standards and good working relationship with everybody involved in project; directly participating in bespoke design, making changes to specifications, drawings, program following client instructions; constantly collaborating with contractors, client, designer, resolving all issues; daily reporting work progress to project manager; checking and reviewing contractors RAMS, qualifications, suitability for work; are tools, plant, equipment right for specific activities; issuing permits for temporary works and special work activities; giving site inductions, delivering toolbox talks, short briefings before every shift; ordering materials, plant, equipment; waste removal; daily updating site records; on daily base inspecting site for safe work and fire safety conditions, signs, PPE; condition of tools, plants and equipment; running project on time despite many changes made by client in design, specifications, MEP, decorations.

Project - Fit out Cat B - Cuddle Club (dogs grooming, relaxing, socialising club ). Wembley Park - London . (£210k)
