• Interviewed and hired qualified Kids Club staff
• Supervised a team of 10 staff members and performed job evaluations
• Trained and motivated the team members; held staff meetings
• Coordinated third-party entertainment such as clowns, magicians, DJ`s ets
• Researched, ordered and maintained stock of items required for kids activities
• Ensure safety and that the Kid`s Club area is clean and maintained according to set standards
