Work Experience:

  • Dartmouth Castle Tea Rooms. Undertook all customer-facing, front-of-house responsibilities over high season; operating P.O.S system, taking orders, running orders to customers, food preparation, cleaning venue, stock control, food handling & hygiene. And, confidently calling out customers names!
  • Event planning and management of 100+ pax, ticketed, open-to-the-public, three-course themed dinner.
  • Completed assignments, special projects and group work on time with Distinction Star grading for all work.
  • High level of attendance and 100% punctuality.
  • Volunteered at Riviera Connect industry event; on-hand assisting exhibitors, checking in and directing delegates, and general event running and support.
