• September 2025 - April 2026 - Wates - Church End. 100 plots consist of drylining walls, MF ceilings (Siniat), render to concrete columns, Hardipanel soffits to balconies, and flashings. Sand and cement screed to all commercial units. Rockwool plain and high-impact soffit insulation to all commercial units.
• February 2025, September 2025 - Barrets, West London - part of the team to help on the New Malden project due to available workload. Working in blocks A and B, which consist of second fix internal walls, rockwool, VCL, and MF ceilings.
• October 2024 - February 2025 - Higgings Partnership - Wimbourne Street - South Block consists of 20 plots, 1st and 2nd fix drylining walls, rockwool, VCL, and MF ceilings. 1, 2, 3-bedroom apartments and townhouses.
• August 2023 - October 2024 - Vistry Partnership - Meridian One Phase 1A - Winner of the Pride in the Job, and Seal of Excellence. Consists of six blocks: LSF and weather defence board to all floors, first fix and second fix drylining walls, Rockwool and VCL to external walls, MF ceilings to 300 units, and one, two, and three-bedroom apartments, maisonettes, affordable living, and lay and grid ceiling Rockwool soffit insulation for all commercial and car park locations.
• July 2021 - August 2023 - Vistry Partnerships. Galions Reach, Beckton. Consists of 240 units, comprising 1, 2, and 3 bedroom apartments, duplexes, and maisonettes. LSF and weather defence board, 1st and 2nd fix dry lining walls, MF ceilings, rockwool plain insulation, and high impact soffit insulation.
