My duties as a scaffolder were to erect scaffolding and struck scaffolding in accordance with TG20 and SG4.

I also had to lead a team of scaffolders, trainees and labourers on various occasions when requested by site supervisors or contract managers.

I had to make sure everyone on the team read and understood the risk assessments and method statements, that they attended tool box talks and followed site rules.

My duties as a scaffolding labourer were to load out materials required by the scaffolders erecting the scaffold or to clear away materials as they were struck by the scaffolders. i had to maintain the site cleanliness by making sure anything our team used was safely stored.

I had to adhere to the rules outlined in the risk assessment and method statements, attend tool box talks and various training courses as provided by my employer.

My duties were to liaise with many different clients in regards to their projects and products required to complete works and meet their projected targets.

I was also responsible for ordering and maintaining stock levels of products for the above mentioned clients in all branches through out the South East of England.

I was the office team leader and was in charge of delegating various duties maximising office efficiency.

I also had to go to meetings with clients, line managers and the sales team to outline plans and how we will execute delivery of the goods required.
