Key Projects

• Legal & General Compliance Tracker Dashboard, Tax Technology - Built client Power BI dashboard used by stakeholders to track compliance progress across 100+ entities, including filing status, phase progression, and timeline delays. Improved visibility of overdue filings and reduced reliance on manual tracking.
• Personnel Record Reconciliation, Workday vs PDM - Developed Alteryx workflows to compare and validate large personnel datasets, identify duplicate and surplus records, and resolve inconsistencies. Improved data quality and reliability for HR and Finance reporting.
• GHG Emissions Automation Tool (“GHG in a Box”) - Automated greenhouse gas emissions recalculations using Alteryx and UK DEFRA factors, implemented structured validation checks, and built Power BI dashboards to support audit risk assessment.
• UK Account Classification & Migration Strategy (Project Axiom) - Created automated Alteryx workflows to classify user accounts and assign migration waves using rule-based logic and exception handling, supporting large-scale M365 migration planning.
• Tableau to Power BI Migration Programme - Analysed existing Tableau reports, documented business logic, and performed detailed QA on converted Power BI dashboards to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and usability.

Additional Responsibilities

- Designed structured, repeatable data workflows to prepare reliable datasets for reporting and downstream analytics.

- Supported stakeholder discussions by translating data outputs into clear, actionable insights.

- Designed Alteryx learning challenges as part of a lunch and learn series for the firms Alteryx Community of Practice. This material I created was pushed to the entire line of services to strengthen Alteryx abilities ranging from beginners to advanced level.
