- Produced a report based my experiences on how the industry as a whole could benefit from this scheme being rolled out at a larger scale.
- Presented to the MoJ on the success of the secondment scheme and the key development opportunities this presented, such as building empathy, inter-business knowledge sharing, challenge awareness and understanding.
