Attend monthly meetings related to various topics, including presenting KPI data.
Report and analyze customer related data within the timeline agreed with the customer and deliver input for contract review card/margin improvement plans
Cost control, secondary warranty, warranty ID & management, challenge maintenance cost, negotiating with vendors or suppliers. To challenge booking of fleet protect costs.
Ensure Operational Procedures and processes are completed to ensure the smooth running of the DC Operation, whilst meeting all current Health & Safety requirements.

Goods in duties involving loading and unloading of delivery vehicles including full un-palletised containers.
Internal stock replenishment duties involving bulk to pick replenishment.
Other DC duties within internal departments, when required, including home shopping picking/packing and general Distribution Centre housekeeping duties.
General administration duties including basic reporting, completion of relevant reports, data inputting and emails.
