-Conducted comprehensive assessments to evaluate each child's physical abilities, motor skills and functional limitations.

-Performed therapeutic exercises to improve each child's physical abilities and independence

-Monitored and documented progress, adjusting treatments plans as necessary.

-Collaborated with the multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care, ensuring optimal outcomes for each child.

-Apply high standards of physiotherapy assessment and treatment for children on the ward; Elective Orthopaedic surgeries, Trauma, Respiratory, Neuro and MSK needs.

Cannock Hospital- Orthopaedic elective surgeries:

-Provided effective assessments and treatments for patients on the elective ward as well as day surgery patients

- Collaborate closely with other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care and ensure the best outcomes for patients

- Contributing to the development and implementation of treatment plans, monitoring patient progress, and maintaining accurate records.

- Able to offer guidance from both an OT and Physio perspective to ensure a safe and successful discharge.

New cross hospital- Trauma and Orthopaedic:

- Provide neuro-musculoskeletal physiotherapy assessments and treatments for trauma and orthopaedic patients, often with diverse, and multiple pathologies and presentations.

-Provide assessment, treatment & discharge planning post-operatively along with the physiotherapists, to minimise length of stay and optimise patient rehabilitation.

-Provide evidence-based care to patients and giving advice guidance to help with an effective discharge along with liaising with families and relative.
