Personal attributes

I have a flare for inclusivity and supporting diversity. I demonstrate this flare within my current role where i lead a team of a diverse and multicultural nature. My team feels supported and respected, this I believe is then reflected in the high level of care received by our residents.

As a parent of a child with additional needs, I have hands on experience from a families perspective. This feeds an eagerness to ensure that a child’s ability should not be measured against a scale of standard capability. It should be nurtured and encouraged, guiding them to trust that the sky is the limit if they dare to try, dream and believe.
