I am a registered learning disability nurse with 22 years of experience working in a variety of NHS roles. For the last 10 years, I have worked within the children and young peoples service supporting young people with mental health conditions and undertaking neuro developmental assessments. I was initially a clinical lead within the neurodevelopmental pathway before moving into the team manager position.
