  • Throughout my time at Arrow Xl, I was a key worker throughout covid and managed to maintain the highest hygiene standards possible within a warehouse, I also lead and trained a group of new hires who had joined throughout the Pandemic. I also had to maintain the equipment and implemented a sign in/sign out sytem for any goods used to make stock entry easier and compiled individual work sheets that fit to the persons responsibilities and areas, these also included time slots to document time of cleans so the managers, Health inspectors and visitors were aware the cleaning was up to date. I also had minimum experince in admin withing the warehouse which required me to process vans entering the warehouse and assign "loads" onto different vans.

  • As a young carer many of the duties included normal day to day activities. I used to assist my mum in getting her dressed, cooking, cleaning, helping to bathe and I oversaw all her medication. This included making sure all the medication was set out for the following day and out of her reach. I also used to oversee organising appointments and speaking with the mental health team.

In every job role I have had, I have improved and perfected my customer service skills and I have adapted to different people and personalities that require different things and certain understandings. Through working with a range of different people in multiple settings I have also learned how to develop work relationships that help towards moral and also initiates a happy and healthy work environment. Im great at taking advice and listening to leadership, however I do like to take initiative and try things on my own. Im not afraid of asking for help and taking criticism for things that I need to improve on. In every role I have had, I have had glowing reports and impeccable reviews. With faults that only come with learning a new job.
