Graduate of Sheffield Hallam University with a Bachelor of Science with Honours in Psychology. I am someone who enjoys working within a group as well as individually. Furthermore, I am independent and organised, not afraid to ask for advice or help when needed, and not afraid to adapt and learn new skills. I have been trained at the till, cleaning, coffee making and even providing customer care when handling complaints and allergens concerns. I have previous experience waitering at a Spanish restaurant where I have served customers both in English and Spanish and from a varied and diverse background, helping develop my social skills, both with the client and my co-workers as well as work behind the bar serving drinks. Attended numerous charities in Spain helping raise money and funds for various causes such as animal rights protection, cancer patients, and human rights protection. I have gained experience working in retail thanks to a work placement in "Game" where I was a trainee, here I enhanced my customer care and independent skills. During my attendance at Wakefield college, I have developed skills with programs such as Photoshop, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Powerpoint. I worked as a trainee accountant for a start-up company called "Stamps by me" as an accountant, there I gained experience using Microsoft Excell, as well as updating the company webpage with media content such as pictures and description of the product as well as editing the images to fit the standard size and refine it to have the highest quality possible.
