
I am a multi-trade operative with over 13 years’ experience in construction, property maintenance and carpentry, currently working within the social housing sector delivering maintenance and improvement works in occupied homes.
I have strong experience diagnosing building issues, carrying out high-quality repairs and ensuring properties remain safe, functional and well maintained for residents.
Alongside my operational role, I serve as Co-Chair of the Employee & Management Forum (EMF), representing colleagues across the organisation and working with senior leadership to support communication, engagement and improvements across the workforce.
I bring a combination of hands-on technical trade knowledge, leadership experience and strong customer focus, with the ability to work independently, solve problems efficiently and consistently deliver a high standard of workmanship.
Deliver planned maintenance, installation and improvement works across social housing properties, ensuring homes are maintained to a high standard while working professionally within occupied environments. Responsible for identifying property defects, carrying out effective repairs and maintaining safe, clean and compliant living conditions for residents.
