- Responsible for the planning, implementation, and running of the enrolment process ensuring adherence to all relevant regulatory bodies.
- Within one academic year, increasing the application to offer conversation rate from 37% to 70% for one of the groups campuses. Also increasing the total number of enrolments prior to R04 by approximately 40%.
- Responsible for the management and control for various Bursary support funds, of a minimum of £600,000 each academic year.
- Having taken on an under performing Bursary team, which failed an ESFA audit, significantly improved the overall process, and decreased the total error rate from 60% to 3-5% within one academic year.
- Coordinating cross college careers guidance, working with multiple external partners to deliver an excellent IAG service to students and the public of all ages, for all education levels.
- Coordinating the college groups UCAS application cycle, as the Primary Correspondent for both the advisor and provider portal.
- College group lead for residency, funding and compliance training for all FE and HE funding streams.
- Working closely with the Head of MIS and MIS Data Manager to ensure adherence to Government guidance and assisting with ILR data submissions.
- A member of the college groups Safeguarding team.
