After working away self employed I had been approached by Thurston's Group to help out with the modular sector of the company. This came in the form of sealing and sign off with a firestone roof blanket that needed repair on a Transport for London building. this was completed in 2 weeks where others where not able to get the same standard for sign off of the warranty. I then went on to the site finishing of Hamilton School in Birmingham where due to unforeseen circumstances I could not finish this due to Thurston's going into Liquidation.

I spent the End of 2024 and the first half of 2025 going self employed and helping companies within the modular sector deliver high quality products on site. This had become part of delivering a scheme for the Defense infrastructure organization in regards to standard living accommodation for Kendrew, Wheaton and Wattisham barracks. I also helped with delivery of units to help a school in Luton with temporary accomadation which had a fast turn around due to the urgency needed as the school had an asbestos break.

When we were bought out by ESS Modular we went through a rebuilding stage, I was made a working supervisor to build modules by training new staff and guiding them to become great working employees whilst making sure we delivered a great product within operation target times. This went on again to having some time on site being a quality supervisor where documentation was to be filed and up to date whilst working closely with the client to deliver the correct product.

I had started as an apprentice at Eco Modular Buildings. whilst there i went on to qualify as a level 3 carpenter in site carpentry. i then went onto building my skills up to be a well established joiner within the eco manufacturing team. within my years at Eco I covered all aspects of joinery work from sub assembly to working on the line and building all aspects of the module itself, this followed with carrying out work on site and supervising with quality management through the site process working closely with clients and sub contractors to hand over a quality product.
