I gained valuable experience serving customers in a fast-paced food environment, providing friendly and efficient service at the counter and till. I communicated clearly with customers to take accurate orders, answer questions, and resolve any issues in a professional and approachable manner. I made sure each customer felt welcomed and helped, whether they were regulars or first-time visitors. Working closely with my team, I also developed strong interpersonal skills, ensuring smooth coordination during busy periods and creating a positive experience for everyone.
