I am an experienced team member with a strong retail background and understanding in Customer Service, merchandising and stock management. I am comfortable in fast paced working environments and work hard to deliver and maintain high store standards. I have proven to be a reliable and trustworthy employee over the years, and have currently been requested, by my Area Manager, to undertake certain store roles. These include the Monthly Dry Defrost Cycle for the store, whereby I am required to clean all shelves whilst rotating and date checking stock, with any upcoming date issues to be reported to Management daily. The whole store must be completed every month and I do this solely. I am also required to clean all staff areas and am in charge of the main cleaning routines on the shopfloor, with an allotted time during my shifts to complete these tasks. Due to this, I can manage my time well, plan and organise the jobs required, and am an honest team member. I have a strong work ethic backed up by my time keeping and sickness record. As I have worked various roles over the years, I put in 100% effort using my knowledge, experience and initiative where necessary. I am conscientious and believe in doing a good job.
