Technical

As a SAP CX Analyst, I’m proficient in CX Suite products such as all aspects of SAP C4S. While working at Howdens, I have delivered a series of successful projects by initially working closely with key business stakeholders to gather detailed requirements. One key project showcased a portal to quickly create and resolve C4S service tickets, this standardised data and reduced customer issue resolution times from several days to sometimes seconds, which drastically improved Howdens customer service.

Other day to day C4S activities include;

  • Experience using OData services and CPI queries for integration
  • Well-rounded understanding of Data Workbench for data migration and manipulation of large sets of data in C4S
  • Utilised Report Designer to build fully interactive dashboards to bring our teams data to life; driving intelligent data lead decisions
  • Used SAP Cloud Applications Studio to develop custom solutions



Management / Communication / Teamwork

I was recently asked to lead a high priority project, as the project team were losing direction and there was a possibility of missing deadlines. To resolve this, I lead quick daily stand ups to manage progress and communicate our daily tasks and responsibilities. I built a prioritised test scope & completed higher complexity end to end testing. I also lead UAT testing with difficult stakeholders, managing their expectations and needs at every step of the way. These tasks were not essentially within my role, but I’m a strong believer of supporting others and doing what is required to complete a job or resolve an issue when necessary. These tasks were done while also completing my own technical tasks on time displaying I will adapt to any situation and have a 'can do' attitude.


Exposure and Understanding

During my previous role as a SAP Test Analyst, I have been exposed to a wide variety of systems and processes, allowing me to better understand the architecture of IT landscapes. For example, as a Test Lead on many in-depth projects with tight deadlines, I have hands on experience with systems including C4C, SAPC, SAP TM, SAP APO, SAP BI & BW, K8 & WMS. I have been exposed to how SAP systems work with an end to end remit giving me a key insight into how these solutions are integrated, structured and built. This enables me see potential bottlenecks and defects.

Interests

I currently play rugby for my local club as vice-captain and enjoy the gym and running. I also have a keen interest in music; whilst at university I was Sheffield Hallam's Spotify brand ambassador, activating campaigns and organising events. I also volunteer for a local conservation group that protect wildlife, which is supported by the Heritage Lottery Fund and Yorkshire Wildlife Trust amongst others.
