Part of a team who our responsible for investigating and responding appropriately to customer commission queries received through Complaints, Data Subject Access Requests (DSAR) or Letters of Claim. We regularly liaise with our legal representatives to ensure all regulatory and legal responsibilities are met.
In addition we resolve and respond to customers or claims management company queries surrounding Credit Files, Complaints and Data Subject Access requests within the regulatory time frame.
