  • The other part of this role involved working with qualified paramedic who had been put on restricted practice. I would liaise with learning and development and we would have set objectives that the restricted paramedic would have to meet whilst on shift myself to enable the restricted practice to be lifted. This would encompass a learning and support role for a set period on a frontline ambulance, until the objectives were met.
