  • Led a full restructure of Lookers Fleet Division, creating fleet channel expertise, a high performance culture and a net cost saving to the Division of £975K
  • Implemented an order processing system, removing friction, inefficiencies and generating meaningful MI to drive the business
  • Further improved cashflow, utilizing automatic feeds from OEM's to drive forecasting accuracy
  • Implemented a dedicated broker system, enabling us to transact with brokers digitally, controlling the customer and ensuring first class compliance
  • Improved Team engagement through effective colleague communication and harmonization of pay
  • Centralized the control of all suppliers. This led to a £500K cost saving on a like for like basis
  • Grew the business significantly, culminating in a record breaking 2024 performance of 42,266 Fleet vehicles sold and a net profit of £19.7m. This result was 121% of budget & 110% versus prior year
