A highly skilled professional with expertise in problem solving, communication skills, presentation delivery, and coaching and mentoring. Demonstrates a strong ability to deliver impactful presentations and effectively mentor teams to achieve their goals. Committed to continuous improvement and excellence in all professional endeavours.
In my role as a Product Coach / stand in Group Leader, I am responsible for introducing new models and model year updates into the manufacturing production environment. I work closely with parts designers, process engineers, and facility engineers from the early virtual engineering stages through to assembly associates on the production line, ensuring a smooth and efficient transition into the build hall. I am currently supporting the X900 JEA model, which is an exciting and high-profile programme to be involved in.
My key responsibilities include updating ISPC and Health charts, validating parts and processes, delivering training to production operatives, identifying ergonomic and health and safety risks, writing Work Element Sheets (WES), and managing issues using structured problem-solving techniques through systems such as AIMS.
In addition, I have earned the respect of my fellow coaches, having been voted in as a Pulse Champion, and I have successfully completed my Mental Health First Aid qualification, further enabling me to support both performance and wellbeing within the team.
I also lead a team and see myself as a role model, demonstrating a Creator’s Code mindset and a strong can-do attitude. I lead in a positive and proactive manner, encouraging continuous improvement within my team and regularly reflecting on opportunities to enhance performance and ways of working.
By leveraging my Six Sigma qualifications, I bring a structured problem-solving approach to the eNPS Committee. I collaborate with a cross-functional team to identify root-cause issues contributing to low eNPS participation rates and scores, and help develop effective, data-driven improvement actions
