Part of a team that managed the Infrastructure for the main customer facing application for Brambles. Role included:

• Managed IAC using terraform for the application.
• Managed releases for the application. Built the flow using DigitalAI Release
• Used metrics to monitor application and infrastructure performance. This was using Dynatrace. Converted all manually created Dynatrace Resources to "Dynatrace as Code".
• Built a whole new platform for migration of a monolithic API architecture to a Microservice Architecture
• Implemented security measures based on findings in various security tools such as Wiz and SentinelOne.
• Provided On Call Support for the application

Part of a team that provides AWS Cloud Infrastructure to Consumers within Kingfisher, a leader in Home Improvements.

• Experienced using Git for Version Control.
• Migration of applications from On Premise (OpenStack) to AWS
• Built several APIs that allow consumers within Kingfisher to deploy cloud resources
• Provide Production Support to several critical applications running in AWS
• Experienced in delivering Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and Ansible.
• Experience in using and creating CI/CD Pipelines, using Jenkins or Gitlab CI

Worked in a team that ensures the day-to-day running of an IoT platform that serves over 1 million customers. Worked on the migration of traditional AWS Core Services (EC2) and Puppet to Serverless (Lambdas) and Containers (ECS). Built a new Status System to allow the team to manage Incidents and better communicate with our large customer base. Assisted in account management and incident management and working on the on-call team.

Performed as a professional musician within the British Army.  For many of these years performing as a section leader, inspiring and teaching new junior musicians as they join the team.

Performed at many high-profile engagements across the UK and Europe, meeting and playing for members of the Royal Family.
