I am an extremely focused and determined individual with a strong desire to continue an already successful career in the renewable energy sector. Possessing demonstrable experience in performing various tasks including spot metal repair, pre-assembly and installation. I work effectively as part of a team and take lead roles when needed that include tool box talks, reports, work plans and work instructions carried out to a high level of safety. I always work efficiently and strictly according to the specified RAMS. Diligent and focused, demonstrating exceptional attention to details along with the motivation and multi-tasking abilities required to meet demanding deadlines. I enjoy being part of, and leading, a successful team and maintain a pro-active and forward-thinking attitude always giving 100%. I display a proven ability to lead by example, consistently hit targets, improve best practices and organise my time efficiently. I am an honest, hard working, motivated and reliable individual and of good character. I have a positive and proactive attitude towards health and safety and take both my own personal safety and the safety of others very seriously. I am now looking for a new challenge to bring my discipline, individual drive, commitment and first-class attitude to delivering work scopes safely and on time with a company that values passion, positivity, integrity and hard work.
