Throughout my time working at Old Trafford Cricket Ground I have learnt numerous amounts of skills which directly correlate to my degree and skills that I can use in my every day life. Some of these skills include :

• Provided customer service with a friendly attitude.
• Enhanced customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service.
• Improved team efficiency with effective delegation of tasks.
• Welcomed and greeted guests on arrival, building rapport with regular customers to personalise service.

In addition, throughout my time working as a baggage handler at Manchester Airport I learnt an array of skills that I can use in my everyday life such as team working and communication skills, quick thinking and maintaining high professional standards. A few more are:

• Maintained employee safety through observation of surroundings when moving cargo.
