  • I am a firm believer of a one team approach and that working together is necessary to create the best possible outcome.
  • During my APS MCC course on the Airbus A320 to be invaluable in regards to integrating decisions with others and taking everything I learned from flight training and putting it into practice in a multi crew environment.
  • Some aspects that stand out from this course was becoming competent with SOP’s and taking our time to make sure our decisions were effective as a crew.
