Summary

I am an experienced engineer with a career spanning hands-on E&I craft roles, reliability engineering, and project leadership in technology integration. This progression has equipped me with a strong foundation in commissioning, maintenance strategy, stakeholder engagement, and project delivery within a regulated nuclear environment.

While I have not yet held a formal line management position, I have gained relevant leadership experience by:

  • Supervising and coordinating supply chain partners in the delivery of projects and services, ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, and standards.
  • Leading project delivery from concept to roll-out, including the management of commercial arrangements, project timelines, and financial controls.
  • Supporting commissioning testing and handover of new systems, providing practical input to documentation, verification, and operational readiness.

I have consistently applied a proactive and balanced approach to nuclear, radiological, and conventional safety, integrating safety considerations into project planning and delivery. My mix of technical grounding, commissioning exposure, and contractor/stakeholder leadership provides a strong platform to step into the role of Commissioning Section Lead and further develop my formal line management responsibilities.
