I can apply myself to varied situations with ease and confidence. "Not my job" doesnt exist to me.
I am always looking to learn new abilities to a high level on my own initiative
I was tasked with all aspects of computer watercooling, from initial concept all the way through to production, this includes ANSYS Discovery simulation for CFD and Thermal simulation. New skills I have gained from this is a competency with AUTODESK Inventor and Vault system, along with a greater understanding of injection molding processes. Notable projects include designing the rotor system for the APEX fan and 80% of the 4XXX series GPU waterblocks, Distroplates and Monoblocks with custom versions for Enterprise application
I was tasked with new watercooling designs for upcoming hardware, this involved creating CAD models for machining, testing thermal performance and working under NDA with unreleased cutting edge hardware from Nvidia,Intel,AMD and others. This required moving to Slovenia, relocation is not a problem for me as required. This role required good understanding of Solidworks, knowledge of thermal behaviours of computer hardware, manufacturing processes and conciliation of current enthusiast standards in regards to new designs. I was also part of a team working on supercomputer cooling retro t for FUJITSU in Singapore. My latest projects included designing and developing next generation cooling engines and materials. I gained 5 patents in this field while working in this role
I was responsible for Goods In primarily,FLT driving and booking being the main roles undertaken using the Scala system,in addition to this I was responsible for the distribution of intake to various departments for QC inspection, transport of raw material stock for machining and working with chemicals. This role demanded timely results with a close eye to paperwork and an ability to self schedule the work load.
I was part of a small contractual team providing plumbing services to site operators for onsite potable water, grey water and gas plumbing services in new build and retrofit requirements.
Order picking/Goods in including forklift driving (Reach and Counterbalance),A.D.R Trained as this was a HAZCHEM environment and general site maintenance
