My main jobs would include getting the areas ready for the weddings serving during the sit down meal. Then come evening time being behind the bar serving/making drinks.

• Managed the pub for my employer when needed.
• Cashed up the tills.
• Helped organise events through the Restaurant.
• Handled difficult customer situations calmly
• Implemented my work ethics on the rest of my team
• Would run shifts day to day as well
• Was designated Staff Trainer for Training new members of staff
• Gained experience in all restaurant activities, including waiting, bar and front of house.
• Established and enforced improved sanitation standards to maintain clean and hygienic areas around the restaurant.

My day-day tasks would include cashing up at the end of the night, Doing late nights alone in the garage, Through the day I would be either at the tills looking after customers paying for fuel or everyday groceries.
