• Led development of strategic IT Category plans with a focus on business and commercial alignment.
• Managed the end-to-end procurement of significant IT Digital Transformation related projects including Core ADSM, Modern Workplace, Cyber and a suite of software licensing including Microsoft and Oracle.
• Collaborated with a range of stakeholders on project requirements to achieve the desired project outcomes.
• Navigated a robust governance process in conjunction with Public Contract Regulations 2015 / New Procurement Act 2023.
• Led on budget planning both for the IT Commercial Team and third party contracts.

My main achievement included the simultaneous procurement delivery of significant Digital Transformation projects including Core ADSM, Modern Workplace, Cyber within budget and time exceeding expectations. All whilst complying with PCR 2015 and a comprehensive governance process (NHSE, DHSC, Cabinet & Treasury).

• Led the Digital Business Service Category including the line management of 3 direct reports.
• Managed the end-to-end procurement of the Synergy ERP project which was a cross-governmental ERP Replacement Programme.
• Managed all Digital & IT procurement and contract management activity including software, hardware, networks and services.

My main achievement was procuring the cross-governmental ERP system within budget and time. This was also in conjunction with PCR 2015 and a robust governance process.

• Led on the competitive dialogue process (PCR 2015) for the revenue collections service for all of TFL.

• Stabilised and led the Procurement Team through a period of significant change.
• Developed the Commercial / Procurement strategy embedding best practice working polices and processes.
• Led the procurement for the council's ERP system.

Led on negotiating a settlement agreement relating to the new CHARM traffic management system. This included engaging with suppliers in the USA and Europe.

• Managed the strategic relationship with Microsoft. This included several negotiations with Microsoft for its Microsoft Licensing Enterprise Agreement; Azure Platform; and Premier Support agreement. This resulted in a £12m cost avoidance.

• Managed the delivery of a significant cost reduction pipeline covering Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire and Hertfordshire Police forces. This resulted in a 20% cost reduction to the financial base line.
