After 10 years serving in the Australian Army as a Rifleman and Team Leader, I’m now turning my focus to a career in the electrical industry. My time in service taught me discipline, attention to detail, and the importance of safety — qualities I’m keen to bring into my new trade. Leading small teams and working on disaster relief missions also gave me hands-on problem-solving skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure. I’m excited to begin my apprenticeship, learn from experienced electricians, and put my skills and work ethic into building a long-term career in the industry.
