General kitchen duties; preparing food, cleaning kitchen equipment, dishes and the kitchen itself. Serving customers with food and drink and taking table bookings, maintaining stock in the bar fridges, and catering for large groups and parties.

Part of a team doing general maintenance of the park including gardening, litter picking, and fence mending and construction.
